All of our jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to delivery. We stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Our lifetime warranty offers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning services.
In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry or you are in need of other services that are not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewelry can be returned to us for evaluation. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry.

Jewelry Insurance and Care
We are always glad to clean and inspect your jewelry at Krombholz. If we notice an issue with your jewelry and it was purchased at Krombholz, we will be glad to repair this item for a fee that is agreed on before we start the repair. See guarantees and warranty heading for further details.
If we notice an issue with your item and it did not come from Krombholz, we will recommend another local jeweler that can help you with this repair. Here is a list of our local recommended jewelers for items not purchased at Krombholz.
It is important to put you pearl necklace on last after applying any hairspray or perfume. After wearing, pull carefully through a soft cotton cloth.
If the item is in stock, we will ship within 2 business days. The shipping method you chose will determine how long it will take to get you. Some of our pieces are made to order. These items normally take 4 weeks to manufacture. We will let you know what are timing on your piece will be when you order it.
Planning a visit to Krombholz Jewelers
We are available for appointments Wednesday – Friday 12-6pm and Saturday 10-4pm.
We strongly suggest making an appointment before you arrive so we can make sure we will be available for you. It is possible the front door might be locked and all of us in appointments if you don’t call in advance. We would hate to miss your visit!
We prefer for you to call in advance of every visit to Krombholz so we are ready on our end and can more efficiently serve you.
Yes, both of our sidewalks are free of steps and our front door is at ground level. Call us as you arrive (513-891-1930) and we can assist you with your entry.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the first 30 days for a full refund or exchange. To return an item, simply follow the Return Procedures listed below:

For local clients, we will make an appointment for you to stop in to transact the return.
For non-local clients, within one business day of your phone call we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label.
For those who are shipping a return, carefully package your item in a way that will protect it and make sure to include your name and contact information in case we have any questions.
Your order should arrive in our office in two business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
All refunds will be processed within two weeks and done in the form of the original purchase method.
Damaged and Used Items:
Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Krombholz will not be accepted.
Special orders cannot be returned. A standard or stock ring plus center diamond that we mount together - is not considered a special order.
