A very fun vintage 18k yellow gold pearl and sapphire flower ring. This is a dramatic and heavy gold piece. The gold has a textured finish to it. The ring is not stamped but it has been tested with an Auracle AGT3 electronic gold tester. The ring is a size 5.25 but probably fits closer to a 5.5 because it is slightly open behind the flower. In great condition.
