A vintage 18k yellow gold mid century style lapis and diamond ring. This is a fabulous cocktail ring. The lapis is almost egg shaped and there are two diamond baguettes that have an estimated carat weight of 0.28ct. The ring is a size 4.5 and the inside of the band is stamped 18K and H. In great condition.
